1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at mendezmktg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria will not be refunded.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at mendezmktg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide a description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.

5. Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Time-Limited Claims:
Any return requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
